We understand that plans may change. You may cancel your service booking under the following conditions:
Cancellations made at any time will incur a 10% cancellation fee on the total service amount.

In case Solwice cancels a booking due to unavailability or other internal issues, no cancellation charges will be applied, and a full refund will be issued.
💸 Refund Policy
If a booking is cancelled as per the above terms:
90% of the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
In case of payment failures or duplicate charges, please contact us with your payment details, and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

No refunds will be issued once the service has been successfully delivered.
Solwice reserves the right to deny cancellation or refund if fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
Refund eligibility may be limited in cases involving promotional services or discounted packages.
